The Down Syndrome Association Kota Kinabalu held its 1st working committee meeting on the 16th of September, 10 am, at the Kiwanis Down Syndrome Foundation, Taman Orkid.
Among the decisions made during the meeting, the committee agreed to set the tentative date of the 2012 Buddy Walk for Down Syndrome to be on the morning of 10th of November 2012 (Saturday), at Likas Sports Complex. The registration form and other details will be announced in the coming weeks.
After the meeting, the members took the time to have a simple yet cheerful celebration for DSAKK member, Wendy Tsoo. Happy birthday, Wendy, and may you and your family continue to have joyful and happy times ahead.
